What is your return policy?
We have a no-return policy, which means after placing an order you can not request a return or refund.
Why? Our hoodies come with super personal attached headpieces. To promote zero waste and ensure every customer equally receives a brand new unworn hoodie, we have a no return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have arrived damaged, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
